About Talila Millman
Talila Millman is a growth catalyst and an expert in igniting innovation, driving revenue growth, and identifying operational efficiencies. Her measurable track record includes boosting revenues by 25%, slashing costs by 50%, reducing delivery time by 66%, and growing teams by 10x.
Talila currently serves as CTO of Tait Communications and sits on the board of BGIN Blockchain, where she serves on both the audit and compensation committees. Previously, Talila has held senior and executive roles in Fortune 500 companies such as Stanley Black and Decker, Harris, and Motorola, as well as in privately held companies.
Talila serves on the advisory Board of Capella University, School of Business, Technology and Health Care Administration.
Her passion to grow and nurture leaders also led her to create her book, The TRIUMPH Framework, 7 Steps to Leading Organizational Transformation, where she shares her experience along with the experiences of other iconic leaders. The book is available in all major retailers.
Talila holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Math and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
Talila is married and has three adult children. Her family has been her pillar of support and inspiration throughout her professional journey.
